Service Manager:
Delivers outstanding 100% guest delight service. Ensures the hiring
and retention of best Service Team employees through continual
training, motivation and development on 100% guest delight service
standards. Regularly measures and evaluates service standards by
using various feedback tools and develops and implements plans for
continuous service improvements. Creates an atmosphere in the
restaurant that builds energy, vitality, and fun.
Sales Manager:
Builds check averages and add-on sales with a particular emphasis
on the sale of wine and alcoholic beverages. Demonstrates
leadership to achieve those goals while operating safely, legally,
and ethically. Ensures ongoing sales skill and product knowledge
development of managers and Service Team employees in the areas of
food and beverages. Ensures the hiring and retention of best
Service Team employees through continual training, motivation, and
development. Creates an atmosphere in the restaurant that builds
energy, vitality, and fun.
Culinary Manager:
Leads and ensures the consistent planning, production, preparation,
and prompt delivery of hot attractive, great-tasting Italian food.
Is responsible for the operational efficiency and profitability of
all culinary operations. Hires the best Culinary Team employees.
Trains and retains new and experienced employees and continually
develops them in their technical cooking skills, food preparation,
food safety, and sanitation knowledge. Creates an atmosphere in the
restaurant that builds energy, vitality, and fun.
